Banded Barbell Hip Thrust:
– Put the band around your thighs so it’s just above your knees
– Place elbows on bench
– Tuck your chin
– Push up and “away”
– Fall down and let your hips extend downwards.
Common Mistakes:
– Angle of Shin
– Make sure your shins are vertical
– You should feel it entirely in the Glute
– Do slow reps
– Don’t rush it
– If the bar hurts you, use a squat pad
