Back and Biceps Workout with Unilateral Exercises

Started a new training phase this week… AMP phase 9. The beginning of the week focused on strength… now we’re finishing off the week with a hypertrophy focus while utilizing unilateral exercises. Mainly doing it for variety and enhancing our mind-muscle connection.
