Weighted Pull-Ups – 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Close Grip Seated Rows – 4 Sets / 12, 10, 8, 8 Reps
T-Bar Rows – 4 Sets / 12, 10, 8, 8 Reps
Single Arm Dumbbell Rows – 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Dumbbell Pullovers – 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Seated Cable Curls – 3 Sets / 12 Reps
Hammer Curls – 3 Sets / 12 Reps
Preacher Reverse Curls – 3 Sets / 12 Reps
Workout Length – 75 Minutes. Rest times 60-90 seconds between each set.
