Bootylicious Exercises to GROW your GLUTES!! (FULL WORKOUT)

Hello, beautiful YouTube family! As you know, I’ve been on a weight loss journey for a while now. I’m so close to hitting my goal! Now that I’ve been able to lose SEVERAL pounds of fat, I’ve been working on toning and gaining muscle mass. Just wanted to share some of my go to exercises for my bootay and legs!

The exercises in this video are KILLER ways to grow your booty and strengthen your legs… I was completely and utterly DONE after this session! Try it out and see what you think!!

!!!WARNING!!! Your quads, hammies, and glutes are gonna be on FIYAAAAH! Be sure to choose challenging yet doable weights in all exercises.

Kickbacks: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

Goblet Squats: 4 sets of 10-12 reps

Adductions and Abductions: 3 sets of 10-12 reps each

Good Mornings: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

Side Lunges: 3 sets of 10-12 reps each leg

Seated Leg Press: 10 reps sumo style immediately followed by 10 quick reps of a standard press with feet together.
