The Sumo Deadlift is a great exercise to build the best side butt that you could imagine. By doing this exercise, you are activating your posterior chain and creating the best glute activation.

-Stance Depends on Height
– Most important part is the external rotation of the feet
– Get shins as close as you can to the bar without touching it
– DON’T ROUND SPINE when bending down
– Grip should be shoulder width
– Break at the hips or stick the butt out to grab the bar.
– Should feel a slight hamstring stretch
– Before you pull, sit back on the heels and lift chest up
– Take slack out of the bar
– Brace core and lift up
– Thrust hips upward
– Reset each time during reps
