What’s going on guys! In today’s video I’ve got a 4 minute follow along fat burning workout for ya! No equipment is required so grab a spot on the floor, at your house, or at the gym and let’s kill this!
This workout is 4 exercises of 50 seconds on, followed up by a 10 second rest. It’s fast and quick, so no excuses not to get this one done!
– Single Leg Burpees
– Plank Jacks
– Hand Release Push Up
– Tuck Ups
Just one round is the workout but if you want to do more than 1, go for it! Let me know how many rounds you did below!
