4-Minute Fat Burning Tabata | Follow Along HIIT Cardio Workout

Tabata has been studied extensively and has been shown to increase VO2 Max, increase anaerobic capacity, increase lactic acid tolerance, and increase fat burning – long after you’ve finished the workout.

Follow along with me as we go through the 4-minute fat burning Tabata! A workout timer has been included, so you can keep track of the time.
Any exercise where you can go all-out can be used in this circuit.

Today, we’re doing 2 rounds of:
Dynamic step ups
Mountain climbers
Pop squats
Jumping jacks
