40 Minute Cardio Abs Workout to Lose Belly Fat – Belly Fat Burning and Flattening Exercises

This cardio workout to lose belly fat takes about 40 minutes and does an effective job at burning belly fat and flattening it. It includes a warming up and cooling down and makes sure your body gets the right stimuli to burn that fat.

The warming up and cooling down takes about 5 minutes. The workout itself consists of one set of 15 effective fat burning exercises and is performed twice, with a short water break in between.
