This routine is the second of the series and involves a PUSH routine
A combination of BURPESS (with PUSHUPS) and PUSHUPS alternating .
The setup is as following :

– 10 Burpees (W/ Pushups at bottom)
– 40 Pushups
– 10 Burpees (W/ Pushups at bottom)
– 40 Pushups
– 10 Burpees (W/ Pushups at bottom)
– 40 Pushups
– 10 Burpees (W/ Pushups at bottom)
– 40 Pushups
– 10 Burpees (W/ Pushups at bottom)
– 40 Pushups

If you can not perform:
regular pushups substitute them with knee assisted Pushups
then you would just skip the pushup part of the burpee as explained in the video.
Total #Reps : 300 REPS
I accidentally did 309 Reps in 13 min 31 sec
More is always better in a cardio Vascular oriented routine .
GiVe it a Try on as clean as possible form basis …
