Do 1 round and you’ll starting sweating.
Do 3 rounds and you’ll start burning fats!
If you do 5 rounds or more, that’s really gonna hurt because your melting away that super glue alike stubborn fats that just don’t go away!
To get the best out my workout videos, you must commit yourself to workout at least 3 times or more in a week . Feel free to incorporate your workout with my other training routines from my channel, choose what work best for you! Ultimately, if control your diet most of the days every week, overtime YOU WILL GET A NICE TONED BODY (or six pack abs!). The keyword here is do it Frequent and Be Consistent.
