You can do HIIT training anywhere. All you need is a small space and some motivation to get fit, strong and lean.
This is a great one to do if you travel a lot but you can do it anywhere – at home, the gym, the office or the garden.
This workout is made up of 5 exercises. We’ll work hard for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds, and repeat the circuit 4 times. So it’s 20 minutes in total.
