FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT | 16 minute FAT BURNING workout!

Hi guys!

Day two of December uploads is all about burning fat! This is a 16 minute HIIT cardio circuit that will get your whole body burning! It is 1 minute on for 4 exercises total and then rest for 1 minute and repeat for 4 rounds total!

HIIT is my favorite form of cardio because I love to just get in and get it done! I also find that for me personally, whenever I want to burn some extra body fat if incorporate these circuits into my routine (WITH PROPER NUTRITION!!) it works like magic!

HIIT is how I got my start into fitness years and years ago and will always be something I am forever grateful for discovering! So whether you are just starting or advanced, anyone can incorporate HIIT into their weekly routines! 10-20 min circuits like this and you are good to go!

WORKOUT:

1 MIN EA. | 4 ROUNDS TOTAL
Minimal rest between exercises (none if possible)
1 minute rest between rounds!

1. 5 SEC QUICK FEET + BURPEE + 5 BICYCLES
2. GOODMORNING + BENT OVER ROW + REAR DELT FLY
3. WALK OUT PLANK + 5 MTN CLIMBERS + JUMP PIKES
4. BICEP CURL + GOBLET SQUAT

If you can’t go the full minute, take a breather and then keep pushing through until the minute is up! YOU GOT THIS!
