In this video I take you through an easy to follow, super quick HIIT workout you can do from a park, the gym, or even in the comfort of your own home designed to lose belly fat, and amp up your fat loss journey! It’s going to be 4 exercises done for 20 seconds on with a 10 second rest. You’ll repeat each exercise twice to equal the full 4 minutes.
