A quick introduction into the Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guide/ Sweat with Kayla App.
One of my good girlfriends told me about Kayla Itsines and her workout program and after looking into it a bit I decided to go ahead and jump in! Kayla’s BBG program is 12 weeks long, but I believe it can be extended beyond that. The Bikini Body Guide (BBG) program is available in two e-books (Version 1 and 2.0). Kayla also offers an app which is what I am using.
The app is $19.99 AUS/Month or $54.99 AUS/3 Months.
Along with this fitness program I will also be revising my eating habits a bit to further help my progression. My plan is to be able to stick through this for the entirety of the program and record my journey as I experience it. So whether I succeed or fail, I hope you will be there with me as I explore this program!
