So, you guys know that I’ve been hinting here and there that I’m not very happy with my weight or the way that I look.
Being a former dancer, I never gave much thought to my eating or workout habits because being on a dance floor 18+ hours a day made me hardbody without even realizing it.
Now, at 28 years old, with 2 kids, dealing with post-partum depression and a full-time desk job – the weight has more than caught up with me. It’s time to regain control of my body, and life. i hope you’ll all join me for this crazy ride.
