1. At the time of getting up, never open your eyes not get up immediately from bed. Be there , keep your eyes closed, rub your palms place it to your eyes, cheeks and forehead this will help you bring body temperature to room temperature By sitting for some time before going about our daily chores, we are giving our body a few seconds of time to gradually transition from a horizontal to a vertical position.
2. Touch palms on floor and not feet. The bio static electricity in the body gets earthed through the fingers instead of the feet. This habit will reduce the chances of getting arthritic and nervous based disorders.
3. Go to kitchen and have minimum 1 litre water. If you dont have this habit yet, start with one cup of water and gradually reach to minimum requirement of 1 litre and then increase to 1.5 or 2 litres. This will help you to flush your bowels, your colon, and clear any waste in your body. Lukewarm water is best. This habit can regularize your bowel movement, help release toxins from the body via urine, increase appetite, and prevent headaches.
4. Never ever skip your breakfast. Have heavy fibre rich breakfast every morning before 8 am (maximum 9 am if too busy). Many people have a strong feeling that they will lose weight or calories if they skip breakfast but its happens opposite. You gain weight and can develop lots of health issues. When you eat a reasonable and healthy breakfast in the morning, you are actually regulating your blood sugar levels. When you don’t eat breakfast in the morning, you may find that you get hungry much more quickly throughout the day because your stomach is empty. Eating breakfast regularly and on time will help you to maintain weight, it keeps you energetic and also make you mentally more sharper.
5. Mid meals at 1.30 am and 4.30 pm… It’s important to have mid meals and it will help you to reduce cravings towards food also you feel less hungry and you feel full always. Mid meal in morning and evening can be fruits or veg salad. You can have one handful nuts in afternoon time too. One apple or even one bowl of salad is fine for mid meal. Mid meal will help you to eat less and in limit especially lunch and dinner. You should minimum 2 litres water in a day to flush out your toxins in a day. It will help you to maintain healthy hairs and skin.
