In our last audio we had seen about the two-different category of food and the order of food depending on the quality…
Today we are going to see about different taste of food and which taste to be taken more and how.
Before we go into it, let’s see about what are the different taste of foods
1. Sweet
2. Sour
3. Salty
4. Bitter
5. Pungent
6. Astringent and….
7. yes! we have 7th taste also that is nothing but water.
What is the taste you need will differ from time to time depending on your body needs.
If you have sensation to eat something sweet which means your body needs that particular taste.
Your tongue is your master; it will tell you what is needed for your body. So always follow your tongue.
When your tongue ask for a particular taste it means your body needs that taste. Take the natural form of that taste and not an artificial one.
Listen to your body, listen to your tongue eat food according to their taste.
