My 10 Healthy Habits:
1) Bring a water bottle with you EVERYWHERE
2) Be organized – use a calendar, take notes, make to-do lists
3) Find healthier stress-free alternatives – Green Roads CBD products
4) Make a workout routine that fits your schedule
5) Plan your meals ahead of time
6) Make a game plan before you go out or party
7) Try intermittent fasting or set a cut-off time to stop eating late at night
8) Only keep healthy snacks at home
9) Remember to take breaks (e.g. studying, drinking, even working out!) – you’re body needs time to relax when necessary
10) Prioritize your sleep and DO NOT pull all-nighters
