1 cup almond flour
1 cup flax meal
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
2 tsp black pepper (optional)
2 tsp white pepper (optional)
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp cream cheese
3.5 cups mozzarella cheese
2 large eggs

How we make Mozzarella Cheese:

1.5cup per bun put on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 450° for 30 min. If you are baking in a natural gas stove your oven will bake hotter than propane or electric. In that case bake at 350° for 45 min. makes ~5buns
