Who doesn’t love pancakes? They are almost American as apple pie, but if you are trying to do the Keto Diet…they are a big NO NO. Like myself you have probably searched the internet and tried every recipe, only to come away disappointed. They’re oily, messy and fall apart in the pan when you try to flip them. And worse, they a poor substitute for the real thing!
Well, I can tell you with total confidence, YOUR SEARCH IS OVER! you are going to absolutely love these Keto pancakes. They are light, fluffy and have the same texture as the real thing! Not only that, they taste AMAZING!!!
In the video I use a syrup called Nu-Naturals, but since then I have tried another brand called Choczero and LOVE it! Sweetened with monk fruit, is a great choice and tastes great.
