I’ll be using these two lb. egg weights to amplify my workout & I’ll provide a link below for you to check out. What’s great about these is that they fit securely in your palm & give you greater freedom than a dumbbell. But, if don’t have egg weights today, you can absolutely substitute in light dumbbells.
