This 20 minute Total Body Kickboxing Low Impact Workout
is a non-stop routine that combines cardio kickboxing exercises and body weight strength exercises for all the muscles in your body. This workout is suitable for beginner and intermediate level participants. Although this routine is low impact, it does not mean low intensity. You will surely will the burn in all your muscles. There are 32 short (30 second) rounds in this routine and warm-up is included. Now, get your gear on and let’s get this workout on the road.
