This 30 minute Intense Cardio Kickboxing Workout will get your heart pumping, sweat will pouring off your face, your muscles will be screaming and you will love it! This workout is broken into 5 rounds of punching and kicking combinations as well as a high intensity cardio intervals and body weight strength exercises. You don’t need any equipment to complete this routine. Just grab fitness gear, water and a towel. I’ve got some motivating tunes with this workout to get you going.
