*Welcome to week #4 of the FIERCE30 Fitness Challenge!*
This 30 minute Kickboxing and Cardio HIIT workout will make you sweat and will get your heart pumping. There are 5 rounds in this routine and each round has cardio kickboxing component, body weight strength and cardio intervals to help get your body into awesome shape.
You don’t need any equipment to complete this routine except an exercise mat, nor do you need martial arts experience.
