32 Minute Box and Burn Bodyweight HIIT Workout–Kickboxing Cardio and Strength Intervals

This 32 minute workout uses intervals to work the entire body for both strength and cardio by circuiting between cardio kickboxing intervals followed by strength intervals. No equipment required. Your heart rate will stay up for fat blasting cardio while you tone and sculpt your muscles. Options for all fitness levels
