4 Minute Kickboxer Abs Bodyweight Routine – Follow Along Workout

Back in February I was down in Clearwater Florida working out and doing some collaborations with the guys at the Critical Bench Compound. And while I was there I met up with North American Muay Thai Kickboxing Champion Mike Zhang.

Mike is a fellow Canadian and is in killer shape with ripped six-pack abs year round. Myself and Mike really hit it off and he took me through a full “Kickboxer Ab Workout” using some unique abdominal exercises that I’ve never done before.

This particular workout is only 4 minutes long, but it was a brutal 4 minutes and I was huffing, puffing, and my abs were burning at the end.

The 4 exercises are:

# 1: One-Two, One-Two with a Sprawl

# 2: V-Position Rotational Punches

# 3: High Plank Walk Outs

# 4: Planks with Alternating Reach Out

The exercise names may sound a bit weird, but watch the full video to see how they are done. Again, this is a killer ab workout that doesn’t require any exercise equipment at all – and it only takes 4 minutes – so there’s no excuse for why you can’t train your abs and get results!
