Workout Breakdown
Round 1 Jab, Cross, Sprawl
Round 2 & 3 Front Kick, Spartan Bow
Round 4 Frog Squat, alternating body shots
Round 5 – 8 Repeat above sequence

Set your Gymboss timer for 8 rounds of 20 sec. exercise and 10 sec. rest.
