Body by Lauren: 10 Minute Kickboxing Interval Workout

Body by Lauren: 10 Minute Kickboxing Interval Workout is a great “express” workout that will get your heart rate up and tone your lower body and core!

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest in between sets. Complete 4 cycles of each exercise for maximum results.

As with any workout, listen to your body. I recommend warming up before the workout and stretching afterwards.
