Bodyweight Conditioning Workout for Muay Thai Kickboxing Instructions:
Complete mini-bodyweight circuits A and B with no rest in between exercises and 30-60 seconds in between circuits and sets. Rest 30 seconds in between sets for C.

Bodyweight Conditioning Workout for Muay Thai Kickboxing:
A1: Skipping Knee Twists – 5 x 60 sec
A2: Leg Kick Push Up – 5 x 60 sec
A3: Single Leg Knee Bridge – 5 x 60 sec
B1: Pendulum Knees – 5 x 60 sec
B2: Knee Push Up – 5 x 60 sec
B3: Clinch Plank Hops – 5 x 60 sec
C: Plank Knee Touch – 5 x 60 sec
