In this week’s video, I’ll be walking you through a brutal home kickboxing workout. There will be plenty of punches, knees, and kicks thrown — get the fit like a fighter!

Perform 1 round of each exercise for :25sec each:
-Jumping Jacks
-Right Leg Kicks
-Left Leg Kicks
-2 Jabs + Kick Left
-2 Jabs + Kick Right
-4 Jabs + 2 Knees Left
-4 Jabs + 2 Knees Right
-2 Uppercuts + 2 Hooks + Knee Left
-2 Uppercuts + 2 Hooks + Knee Right
-Knee-Up Jumps
-Body Weight Skipping

Perform 4 rounds of each exercise for :20sec each:
-2 Jumping Jacks + Kick
-Body Walkout + 4 Mountain Climbers
-Alternating Front Pull Jacks
-High Knee Marching
