Cardio kickboxing workout full training .HIIT training

U ovom klipu krecemo od zagrevanja celokupnog tela,nogu,ramena,ruku ,zglobova,onda prelazimo na udaranje dzaka ,koje udaramo prvo polako da bi smo zagrejali ruke ramena i privikli se udarcima da ne bi doslo do povrede ,onda krecemo sa povecavanjem tempa,na kraju treninga radi se istezanje koje ja nisam snimio ali svako zna kako da se pravilno istegne. Svaka kombinacija koju sam radio neka vam bude od 30 sekundi do 2 minuta u zavisnosti od vasih kondicionih mogucnosti .

In this video we start from heating the whole body, leg, shoulder, hand,the joints, then we cross the punch of bag, which we hit first slowly to hold our arms up and draw to strike so that no injury would occur.Then we’re on the rise with a raise.At the end of the training is the stretch that I did not shoot but everybody knows how to properly stretch out.Each combination I’ve been working on will give you 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on your fitness options.
