Dance to Christian music for expression, fitness and exercise …and just for fun. All dance moves are righteous if the intent of the heart is directed in the right way, in an abiding way. I dance to express joy and thanksgiving. That’s when dance becomes worship.

I started this channel because home workouts have always been the basis of my personal fitness regimen. I love group classes but can’t always get there. At home I can exercise without having to get ready and drive somewhere – that in itself can wear me out! And even just 5 minutes a day is great!
