David Carradine Shaolin Kickboxing Workout HQ 2/3

David Carradine leads a group through a Shaolin workout derived from Chinese Kung-fu. Workout includes punching, kicking, stretching, moves from various Kung-fu animal styles such as Tiger, Leopard, snake, stances, breathing and cool down exercises.

I posted this merely because it’s a pretty good workout that I hope will help some or a lot of people getting stronger, healthier and to perhaps look into Kung-fu more seriously as a martial art form, for exercise health and longevity.
