This Fat burning and toning Kickboxing workout will challenge your entire body with high intensity cardio intervals, body strengthening exercises and kickboxing moves. You will need a set of hand weights for this workout. Mine are 3 pounds and they surely add some nice resistance to this routine. We have 6 rounds in this workout, including core work at the end.
