INTERVAL WORKOUT Kickboxing WORKOUT – Barlates Body Blitz Endurance 120 Cardio Box Core

Welcome to the Endurance 120 Series. These workouts use intervals of 120 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength to the max. Most of the workouts will split the intervals into 2 halves, doing one half on one side and then switching. this will fully fatigue your muscles and will take you to another level of focus and technique. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn!

In Endurance 120 Cardio Core Box you will move through a wide variety of punches, knee pulls and kicks. You will start with the upper body, then move to the lower body and finally combine the upper and the lower body. There are some warm up rounds, then 6 rounds on each side with a cardio interval to break them up. Lots of repetitions with light weights to burn out your shoulders and arms. A high cardio factor workout that will leave you puffing and sweaty!
