I enjoy kickboxing but I am not a professional fighter. However, I like to emulate that spirit when it comes to keeping myself fit. Now, professional who are paid to train, might have a full 8 hour day of various skill and fitness development five to six days a week coupled with proper diet and nutrition. Most everyday kick boxers are either full-time employees/parents or students. If they’re lucky, they’ll train 2 to 3 hours a week. Some only make one hour a week.
