Turbo Kick is the live group fitness format where the instructor has attended a live training from a Turbo Kick Master Trainer and presenter, got certified to then teach this trademark format. Turbo Kick provides new rounds, or classes, every 8 weeks. Christine Dwyer is a master trainer and video team that teaches instructors the new release.

Christine Dwyer has been a presenter and master trainer starting with Chalene Johnson since 2000. Chalene Johnson is the creator of the workouts Turbo Kick, Turbo Jam, and Turbo Fire.
