This is Turbo Kick Round 86, one of my favorite total body cardio kickboxing classes. Awesome workout!

Do this workout for 6-8 weeks to master the choreography so you can focus on form and execution for a better workout and even better results!

I teach this class at the gym, but it can be done at home, at your hotel or anywhere with a little bit of space. This workout burns tons of fat and calories and shapes your body. Enjoy!
