This weeks workout gives a nod to the winter olympics with a Tabata Interval training.
Izumi Tabata did research on this interval training protocol pioneered by Olympic speed skating coach Irisawa Koichi.
The training interval is 8 Rounds of 20 sec. and 10 sec. rest between performed at maximum intensity.
1. Left Side Jab – Cross
2. Alternating Round Kicks
3. Left Side Hook – Uppercut
4. Alternation Toe Taps
5. Right Side Jab – Cross
6. Alternating Round Kicks
7. Right Side Hook – Uppercut
