Total Body Cardio Kickboxing HIIT at Home Workout – LombardMMA-FIT “Invincible” Workout #4

20 minute advanced level cardio kickboxing home fitness workout. Focusing on basic self-defense and kickboxing punches, kicks, combinations, defense, counter striking, and footwork. Techniques include: Jab, cross, hook, uppercut, stance, parry, head shield, Clinching, snap kick, foot jab, knees, elbows, jumping knee, sprawls, jump squats, jumping scissor lunge, speed burpee. Good for for intermediate to advanced skill levels, and excellent fitness levels.

Workout Sequence:

ROUND ONE (2 min): Boxing footwork
ROUND TWO (2 min): Boxing Combinations
ROUND THREE (2 min): Boxing counter combinations and kickboxing combinations
ROUND FOUR (3 min): Kickboxing combinations
ROUND FIVE (4 min): 20 on 10 off round of kickboxing and calisthenics
ROUND SIX (5 min): 15-10-5 round…15 jab cross high knee-alternating front kicks-speed burpee double jump squat

It is a program built for all ages, skill levels, and fitness levels. There are four levels of workouts and abdominal routines to fit all participants needs.

MMAFx is a mixed martial arts/football off-season cross training system that is used by NFL and collegiate teams and players to increase their speed, power, timing, precision, endurance, and confidence to help them ‘GAIN an EDGE’ on the football field.

Martial Arts Fitness is a life-long Physical Education curriculum designed to bring an alternative fitness activity through martial arts to Physical Education departments and their participating students. The goals are to increase a students endurance, strength, and confidence.
