I’ve had many ups and downs with my running, eating and working out but after realizing I am in the worst shape of my life its time to reclaim my fitness and this is my journey. It got progressively harder and harder to make time for my fitness after each pregnancy, and eating right while caring for 2 kids is extra work. Watch what my fitness journey looks like right now. From Begining to never-ending fitness …..

Here I come up with my own weight loss journey.Which bring me here, where I am today
You all might be wondering how did I manage to lose weight????

I was obese women after my marriage and kids after giving birth I lost the beauty of my body, like any other women I was very busy in life that I can’t think for my self 🤔 “obesity overtake my beauty Now
, I felt really self-conscious wearing skintight pants.

I was a carbs queen

My heredity was the biggest challenge of my weight loss. I knew I had to get this under control.But yes now I can say you can change your body type even.

When I started to attain perfect body people used to ask me how did you manage to lose weight ???

I am not ashamed of sharing my weight loss journey which is open and honest now, Rather I wanted to share my dedication with people who have a desire for Before and after look !!!

No, I have not taken any pills, fat burners, follow fad diet any such drinks to lose weight.It wasn’t a MAGIC, it was mindfulness and dedication and wish to look stronger, not skinny.

It very important to think about what you eat to lose weight. While weight loss is important, what’s more, important is the quality of food you put in your body — food is information that quickly changes your metabolism and gene

According to me, this struggle made me stronger more into fitness, now I m Completely Into it learning new session of fitness and training people to attain their dream body.As every woman is made to look beautiful & fit.At one point of my journey I followed Dietician she did a good job 👍🏻 I lost some weight which made me happy to go forward.But my motive was to look stronger fit. Rather than losing weight.

Like all Indian women, I was also having family responsibility married for last 10 years with 2 wonderful kids.But I never stop !!!!!!!

Story turn here when I gave birth to my second child 👶
Pressure and fear of looking obese again were there in my mind.But it was not more than my motivation and dedication.It took me a year to get back to my body shape even better .My man supported me a lot in this.He never said you look ugly or Bad, His saying was you look unfit that was best compliment for me .somedays he used to compliment like you getting better day by day which gives me the motivation to go forward with my journey.As a team, you perform better.

Even though pregnancy and lot of ups n downs, I was able to maintain a healthy weight and get back to my pre-baby body; even better & stronger body .it just took time and determination.

Being on the healthy path was so fulfilling, not just because it made me feel comfortable in my skin, but I just felt so much more radiant, more energetic. I wanted to share that with others, to help them feel that joy,

So I thought to learn fitness I started this as my career.Now learning fitness new sessions is what I m more passionate about…

So don’t give up. Stick with your healthy ways, and you’ll soon have an “After” picture to show off too.
