About Gabby:

Gabby was born and raised in the Bay Area and has always had a passion for fitness and wellness. Although Gabby grew up horseback riding and running, she found herself enjoying the party scene a little too much and losing track of her personal and professional goals. After one too many long nights, Gabby decided to commit herself to a clean and healthy lifestyle and never looked back.

Gabby’s passion for optimal living eventually led her to a plant-based diet where she discovered that not only did it make her feel incredible on a daily basis, but it also allowed her to function at peak athletic performance. Over the last four years as an instructor at Barry’s Bootcamp in San Francisco, Gabby has introduced many others to a wellness-focused and plant-based lifestyle. Building a community and getting to know her clients is what means the most to her.

In November of 2018 Gabby gave birth to her first child, Cooper. Although giving birth to Cooper was the single greatest joy in Gabby’s life, the reality of the recovery process dramatically changed the way she had to approach fitness and movement.

Following Cooper’s birth, Gabby has developed a passion for creating an open and honest dialog about the many different challenges women face postpartum but often shy away from discussing.

Gabby lives in Marin County with her 6-month-old son Cooper and her wonderful husband Mark.
