Zumba® Cool Down Routine by Vijaya | Something New (Zumba Glutes)

For me, cool downs are all about stretching the body after an hour of an intense Zumba session. I try to avoid dance movements and like to concentrate on head-to-toe stretches. Plus, I love this track!
